MY WORK

A few years ago I began a journey and along the way I discovered I have many gifts.  I am delighted to use those gifts to help others.

I am the Healer Chick.  My mastery is healing.  I am not a Reiki Master.  I was initiated into Reiki by Reiki Master Anita Levin.  My Reiki Master demands years of dedication from the Masters she trains.  I have not felt the need to spend my time in this fashion.  I also have not had the urge to got the other route and acquire my Master designation at a weekend long course.

I do have excellent lineage - there are only four people between Dr. Usui and I.  Does this work to my advantage?  I believe it does.

I believe in a lot of things.  I believe that our physical bodies can withstand a lot, but at the same time can be pushed to some incredible limits.

Our minds can be pushed beyond those limits.  We only limit ourselves by our own thoughts and beliefs - Change your beliefs and you change your reality.

What does this mean in a healing context?  It means that with the right mind set pain and discomfort can be lessened and disease can be eliminated.

I believe anything is possible when the healer within is awakened.  I simply offer a boost start to begin that healing.

I have an understanding of how thoughts and emotions can collect in the energy field causing glitches and eventually manifesting into the physical body as disease.  Realizing and releasing pent up emotions, fears and worries are the beginnings to ridding the body of disease and finding wellness.

I offer coaching to adjust these thought patterns.  Using simple affirmations repeatedly create new thought patterns and a healthier energy field.

I will also help identify existing beliefs about oneself that may be limiting.

I use my intuitive gifts to direct me in helping my clients with their healing process. 

Intuitive Healing sessions are by no means a substitute for Medical Care from a trained practitioner, but are mostly certainly complementary to this kind of care.

I have no formal medical training, only a basic knowledge of anatomy. 

I feel pain and other sensations in my own body that mirrors what is happening in my client's body. 

I interpret this information and direct the healing energy where it is needed.

I have an innate knowledge of chakras and meridians.

My goals are simple - to help you obtain and maintain balance in your life - the balance between your physical body, your mind (emotional body) and spirit.  The more balanced you become, the easier it is to deal with the ups and downs of life.  Life becomes more enjoyable when you choice a new perspective.  With a sunnier outlook on life, your health will benefit and from there the spirit rejoices and soars.

Unearth Your Wild Woman
~ Grow a Garden ~


Beginning in May of 2010
I will be opening a
community style garden
on my property which is located
in a serene country setting
near
Gores Landing, Ontario.

Approximately 36 
10'x 10' garden plots will be available for the low
seasonal cost of $30.00

The focus is to not only grow vegetables, herbs and flowers from seed to harvest, but also for
women of all ages to
unearth their own Wild Woman.

Hi, My name is Geoff Quick, a business man and I come from a city called Palmerton North in New Zealand. 

A few months back, I met a lady called Amy online and during our chats, Amy told me about Reiki.  I advised her that I had some pain in my legs & arms.  Amy suggested she would love to try some distance Reiki on me. 

I was very skeptical and had no understanding of Reiki and to be honest, I thought it was some sort of a joke. 

Anyways, I paid for 6 Distance Reiki sessions and the results were amazing.  What I found was that the pain in my legs and arms reduced and I felt a far better person, but what really amazed me was the extra energy I had.  I'm a 55 year old man.  Now I feel like I'm 30.

Although initially skeptical about this "Reiki" thing, I was in such chronic pain with my injured knee that I was willing to try something "radical".  The medical professionals offered me medication and surgery.  I took the medication and suffered the side effects.  No healing occurred; just pain relief. 

As I have a physical job and lifestyle and a young toddler to chase, I wished to avoid surgery and its attendant complications so I decided to try Reiki treatments with Ms. Amy. 

The results were immediate and have remained positive over time.  I'm now functioning at 80 -90% of pre-injury strength and comfort!  Amazing!
